Les Schwab Tires - Doing the Right Thing

Les Schwab Tires is an old-school, Pacific Northwest brand with legendary service and customers who love them. But with the passing of founder Les Schwab, who starred in their homespun TV ads for decades, along with the rise of stores like Costco selling tires, the brand was at a crossroads. So we went back to the brand’s DNA – taking care of customers – and created a social media fueled TV campaign that let customers tell their incredible stories of above-and-beyond service. Les’ family said of the campaign, “Dad would be proud.” Enough said.

A simple Facebook app let customers tell their incredible stories. We turned the best of them into animated TV spots, starring the real customers and employees who went above and beyond.
